Every interaction shapes the product. Design belongs in the earliest decisions,

in control of what happens, and that say plainly what the software is doing and why.

Explaining what a feature does, showing what is happening, and making the next
action obvious is not documentation written afterward. It is part of building the thing.

We choose new technology when it improves a real task, and we describe the
conditions under which it works rather than implying it always does.

Onboarding, loading states, errors, accessibility and support get the same
attention as the feature everyone talks about. A polished first screen cannot carry an
unreliable workflow.
